I like the subtle minerality and this may require up to 15 years in the cellar to really blossom so no point buying this if you’re in a rush to drink it

it is positively stunning

it should be an enjoyable white Bordeaux to drink over the next 10-12 years

crushed herb and minerals that introduce much more structured and intense medium full flavors of obvious class and grace

a mixture of red and black fruit laced with subtle marine/seaweed notes

Raveneau, Petit Chablis Vintage:2022 I like the subtle minerality(from a . 82 ha holding). There is plenty of Chablis typicity present in the form of notes of iodine, oyster shell and bright citrus where the latter element is also present on the racy, intense and nicely detailed middleweight flavors that exude a bracing salinity on the highly refreshing finale. This is an excellent example of the genre.
