Catherine offers a deep, intense and substantial, flinty smoky and mineral rich bouquet with iodine aromas. Rich but refined and very elegant on the palate, this is a textured and lush Schlossberg with lingering salinity, whereas the richness, power and intensity is captured by fine tannins. The 2019 is an impressive Schlossberg that's still a bit edgy and will
