2013 Cosimo Taurino Rosso Salice Salentino Riserva, Puglia, Italy Foucher-Lebrun Fermented in concrete and agedThis wine is composed of 90% Negroamaro and 10% Malvasia Nera, sourced from 15 to 20 year old vines planted at an elevation of 100 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested together and undergo co fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place over 10 to 15 days.
