2023 Sylvain Cathiard Gevrey-Chambertin, Cote de Nuits, France Val di Toro The first vintage is 2019Pinot Noir sourced from parcels around Vosne Romane notably Croix Blanches with fruit historically supplemented from Gilly ls Cteaux. levage includes about 30% new oak, adding intensity while keeping the fruit front and center. Under Sbastien Cathiard, new oak has been dialed back and style has become more transparent.
