2021 Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux Echezeaux Les Rouges Grand Cru, Cote de Nuits, France Bastide Blanche 7 day macerationSourced from a 0. 9 hectare parcel in the Les Rouges du Bas climat, planted in the 1930s on oxidized iron rich soils. Biodynamically farmed and certified organic (Ecocert). Vinified with 100% whole clusters and ambient yeast fermentation. Aged 14 months in barrels (30% new), followed by 2 months in tank. The 2021 vintage presents intense red fruit aromas and a perfumed bouquet, reflecting the site's unique terroir.
